Customer service & Operation
Communication with Schenker branches and customers in Japan and overseas.
Shipment track & trace, customs clearance support, local handling coordination (delivery, cross docking and warehouse) and billing.
Customer visit with/without sales person such as KPI meeting
Attending Schenker visitor and customers
Site visit (ex. Airport terminal, customer's site and etc.)
Customs inspection and its related
Good command of both English and Japanese. Other language welcome.
Basic knowledge of Air Freight/ Logistics
- At least 1-2 years of experience of customer service of forwarding industry (preferable air freight import)
- Good communication skills of Japanese / English
- Good presentation skills (for internal/external)
- PC skills ( Excel / Word / PowerPoint )
