Process import and export declarations including preparation of necessary documentation. Liaise with customs to rectify and issues
Ensure that all customer order is fulfilled daily and respond shipment enquiries to customer on a timely manner
Communicate effectively with other departments to monitor transportation issues and escalate problems as per the escalation procedure
Track and trace shipments where necessary, i.e. critical orders, delayed orders etc. and communicate progress internally and to customer
Preparation of monthly performance reports to the assigned customers as required
Receive and action special requirements or instructions from the Customer and produce.
Coordinate and schedule in-country transport movements – collections and deliveries, and communicate to warehouse supervisor
Raise personal training needs with Supervisor to support other activities
Perform any special duties / projects as assigned by the management

要求事項

College or above
Minimum 2 years related working experience in air freight forwarding / shipping / logistics field
Computer Literate in Word and Excel
Fluent of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in Cantonese is an advantage.
