Job Overview
At Schenker International S.A. de C.V. we are looking for a Business Analyst L3 to be part of our IT team, who will be responsible for collaborate in the planning, execution, and management of the analysis of company problems, which will be resolved using automated systems.
Location: Mexico City
What will be your challenges?
- Perform 2nd level Support.
- Data Analysis.
- Execute Corrective Actions based on Analysis to improve the services.
- Create structure (reports) to manage / track operational compliance.
- Work close together with the business, developer, hosting partner and all connected services.
- Functional testing. Verification of software deliveries. Checking results in the database/applications.
- Implementation of Customer Setups and EDI Implementation.
- Support the whole Real Time Services team as a team player.
- Work in an international team.
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
- Analytical thinking and results-oriented.
- Organisational talent, Proactive acting, Communication talent and High assertiveness.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Experience in EDI messaging.
- Strong foundation in Data Analysis and RDBS structure.
- Knowledge of SQL databases.
- Work Experience in an international environment would be advantageous.
- Good foundation in general business practices as applied to international trade.
- Firm understanding of International Logistics would be advantageous.
