* Keeps current customer portfolio and makes customer visits to increase the profitability of the company and takes necessary actions to improve business volume.
* Provides optimal profitability and best offer to the customer and organizes the loading in case of positive return.
* Finds solutions for unapproved shipments by communicating with the product department and shares shipment information with the customers.
* Communicates with the customer representative when necessary for the collection of client payment problems.
* Provides attendance in coordination of the Land Transport during tender periods.
* Keeps up-to-date potential customer information and makes data entries of periodical visit reports and order details.
* Makes competitor and market analysis and necessary reporting.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related fields
* At least 3 years of field sales experience in international forwarding & logistics sector
* Good command of English
* Experience and knowledge of product, market and sector.
* Having a customer portfolio that has land freight potential especially in European side of Istanbul is preferred.
* Based in İstanbul and active driver (class B)
We are looking for a "Field Sales Executive" who is responsible for selling services and products of "Land Transport" product with devotion to achieving the given targets and constant market analysis in full collaboration with other functions and departments.
